And the website is live.
This is both terrifying and exciting for me.
From a half formed “this would be cool” idea in December 2017 to and actual HMRC registered business with a proper logo and website. It’s not what I thought would happen at the time but only because I never thought I’d actually be able to pull it off.
I’d like to say a big THANK YOU to all the supporters who helped me get this far, not only my amazing husband and kids (who have had to put up with a lot from me lately) but also Christine, Ruth, the amazing team at The Prince’s Trust Glasgow and my fellow participants on July’s Explore Enterprise course but also everyone who has ever said that this sounds like a good idea, given our Facebook page or Instagram a like, joined our supporters Facebook group or donated to our GoFundMe. Without people constantly telling me this idea was worth it I probably wouldn’t have kept going long enough to get to this stage.
That’s not to say the work is over. November’s retreat still has 3 spaces to fill, May’s retreat isn’t even planned and there is a lot of behind the scenes work to do organising licenses and certifications that still need funding. But, we’re getting there. Each day my faith is proving bigger than my fear and slowly God is building this ministry. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what He has in store for Re:Treat Ministries UK in the coming months.
